-School fee is payable quarterly in the months of April, July, Oct. & Jan. by Cheque/ Draft at School office or to the Class teacher. The fee is payable by 20th the first month of the quarter.
-Pre-Nursery tuition fee to be deposited on half yearly basis.
-Cheque (duly crossed)/Draft payable at Ghaziabad/ Delhi) should be drawn in favour of ‘Deep Memorial Public School’ and at the back;name of the student,Admission No., class & section and the contact no. of the Parent must be clearly mentioned.
-The date of presentation of the cheque to the bank will be treated as the date of payment provided the cheque is not dis-honoured.
-Outstation cheques and cheques of non-clearing branch will not be accepted.
-Transportation fee will be charged for 11 months a year, no charges will be levied for the month of June.
-One month’s notice in writing or in lieu of that one month’s transport fee will be paid to leave school transport.
-Students of class XII are not allowed to leave the school transport in the last quarter of the academic session.
