Admission Process |

The academic year commences from the first week of April and concludes on 31st March every year. The Registration Process at the Kindergarten level (Pre-Nursery, Nursery, and K. G.) begins in the second week of October, for classes I to IX, in the second week of January and for Class-XI, after declaration of result by CBSE/CISE in last week of May/ Ist week of June. However, some mid-session admissions are also made for the transfer cases, if the seat is vacant in that particular class. |
Step 1. Registration
(a) By purchasing Prospectus and Application form on payment of Rs.200/- from the school office and submitting duly completed form on all working days from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
OR
(b) By downloading the Application form from the school website and submitting duly completed form along with registration fee of Rs.200/-
OR
(c) By sending a request letter for Prospectus and Application form along with Demand Draft of Rs.250/- (includes postage charges) drawn in favour of "Deep Memorial Public School", payable at Delhi/Ghaziabad and sending duly completed form to the school office by post/hand.
Step 2. Entrance Test/Interview:
(a) Students in the Kindergarten level (Pre-Nursery, Nursery and K.G.) are admitted on the “first-come-first served” basis after an interaction with the parents for the number of seats available.

(b). The students seeking admission in Classes I to IX have to appear for an entrance examination in English,Hindi and Maths.
(c).Admission in class-XI is granted on the basis of marks/grades secured in Class X Board Examination (CBSE/CISE).

Step 3. Results: |
Merit list is displayed, a day after the entrance examination, of the candidates who have been selected for admission to the school. |
Step 4.Submission of fee: |
Selected candidates are required to submit the requisite fee for confirmation of admission, within seven days, of the merit list being displayed. |
